SCCI provides interactive courseware and instructional material to meet your learning objectives and needs. Our team of instructional systems designers and multimedia designers work together to create instruction that includes interactive drills, quizzes, problem solving exercises, and emulations to help reinforce learning. We provide Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant material that can be web based or hosted locally.

SCCI's cadre of highly motivated and experienced instructors provides technical training on the operation and maintenance of sophisticated networked computer systems. We provide curriculum assessment and development, instructor demonstrations, and instructor-led training services. We can provide instruction in locations that best serve you, such as classrooms, laboratories, or onboard ships. Our instructors teach using the latest learning principles to produce results-driven learning outcomes.

SCCI produces electronic technical publications using the latest content development software. Using a single-source authoring, we increase consistency and create flexible output options. We use an open-architecture approach to Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) development and use Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) browsers for the presentation.

SCCI provides engineering and technical services for the development and support of management information systems and relational database applications. Our team works directly with end users and stakeholders to understand business processes and provide information flow analysis. We use our experience with industry standard toolsets to create optimal solutions to fit your needs.

SCCI is designated as an official Corporate Navy Certification Agent by the US Navy Certification Authority, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) in San Diego, Calif. We meet the highest standard available for accreditation of our cybersecurity workforce (adherence to DoD 8570.01-M), and we are committed to providing premier cybersecurity support services.

SCCI provides enterprise Configuration Management (CM) for US Navy surface ships and warfare systems. We provide support throughout the entire CM lifecycle. We also maintain CM plans and related planning documents and generate plans for problem resolution. As components of enterprise CM, our team analyzes technical data flows, program activates, and major program milestones and issues.

SCCI provides innovative systems engineering and program management support for the development of new and upgraded military weapons systems. We emphasize an integrated and balanced design approach to weapons system engineering, while improving system supportability, sustainability, and affordability. We support your system engineering needs utilizing our specialized Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) compliant toolsets.

SCCI provides realistic training simulations to support real-world operations for US Navy surface ships and foreign military allies. This includes Aegis Combat Training Systems (ACTS), Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT), Ship Self Defense-System (SSDS) training, Computer Aided Sub-mode Training (CAST), and Missile Defense Agency (MDA) support. We design our simulations to address the latest air and maritime threats.
