We use an Agile approach for the strategy, analysis, design, build, and transition phases. This approach provides these benefits:

• Product development progresses in a series of sprints, which are:
  • Time-boxed, protected, iterative, and incremental
  • A fixed period of time that the team works on items in the product backlog

Our Requirements, Testing, and Training (RT&T) team quality checks our test phase. They provide the following benefits:

We perform a final quality control check during the production phase. This provides the following benefits:
