SCCI to Provide Training Tools for US Navy's Surface Combat Systems

The Navy's Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS) at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWC DD) awarded SCCI with a 5-year Seaport-e contract to provide the US Navy and international programs with engineering, integration, maintenance, operation, and documentation for CSCS training tools.
The CSCS tools include those used for tactical team training for the AEGIS Combat Training System, (ACTS), the Battle Force Tactical Trainer (BFTT), AEGIS Combat System Interface Simulation (ACSIS), Joint Simulation Automated Forces (JSAF/OneSAF). They also include operator-training tools, such as Computer-Aided Submode Training (CAST), Lesson Generator Program (LGP), CAST Lesson Authoring System (CLASS), Next Generation CLASS (NGC), and other interactive courseware and authoring systems.
SCCI will provide support in the use of these tools at CSCS and at various subordinate CSCS activities.
