SCCI was awarded the Engineering Life-Cycle Management and Development Resource (ELCMDR) contract during January 2020 supporting the Integrated Combat Systems Department at NSWC Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). This contract will provide the Department with specialized information technology and engineering support services to support engineering and software development. The SCCI team provides full life cycle IT services to applications and tools hosted at multiple sites including the Consolidated Enterprise Data Center located in Charleston SC, and the Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC) and the Integrated Warfare Systems Laboratory located at NSWC DD.
Information Systems and knowledge management tools supported by this task order include the Navy's Advanced Configuration Control & Engineering Status System (ACCESS), the Navy Data Environment (NDE) supporting the Navy Modernization Program (NMP), Virtual Integrated Engineering War Room (VIEWNet), additional collaborative environments including the Navy Integrated Collaborative Environment (NICE) and Collaborative Development Environments for Tools and the Web.
